Nexity Homes carries forward a legacy that began with a father and son building their own custom high-end home in Edmonton. About a decade ago, that single project revealed a shared gift for craft, detail, and honest client relationships — and YasPic Homes was born. From that first home, the company grew into a trusted builder of high-end custom homes and carefully executed infill projects across the city.

Today, the same family-led spirit continues under the Nexity Homes name. We still approach every build as if it were our own: hands-on, transparent, and uncompromising on quality. Our tagline isn't decoration. Quality is what we control; trust is what our clients grant us — and we treat both as things earned weekly.
